The landscaping project in Bouzan Residence was not very difficult to do as the owners requested a natural look on a house located beside a hill. The sloping terrain of the garden made the landscape more beautiful as we used large boulders as accent and piedra stones as steps that leads to the back of the house. We used a variety of plants that can survive in direct sunlight such as Champagne palm, Thai bamboos and Hawaiian palms. We then skirted them with yellow irises, Eugenia, Greendust, Sanseveria and San Francisco to make it look more elegant. We used frog grass as ground cover. At the front, instead of putting a plantbox, we did a wave design with elevation to match the landscape inside the house. The result was a natural looking garden, simple but elegant.
